Wellbeing speaker

I present to different groups with different purposes, always to encourage everyone into a greater, more expansive way of being. Depending on the group, this may be building their confidence, their motivation for a common goal, such as weight loss, passing exams or sporting achievements, or healing aspects of themselves.

My talks generally include:

  • an introduction to hypnotherapy and RTT
  • understanding how responsive to words and pictures humans are
  • developing an understanding of how the mind works and how we can better speak to our minds
  • habits of successful people and how to get there
  • motivation for different areas of interest
  • healing hypnotherapy.
