What is RTT/ Rapid Transformational Therapy?

You’re probably wondering what Rapid Transformational Therapy is. RTT is a distinctive therapeutic approach based on neuroscience, combining the most beneficial principles of Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, NLP (neurolinguistic programming) and CBT (cognitive behaviour therapy). As a comprehensive solution-based therapy, RTT has been recognised for its unparalleled results. It’s a very powerful way to access your subconscious to help you work out why you are acting as you are, even when consciously you don’t want to be responding that way. The beauty of RTT is that it works so quickly, that to resolve an issue you don’t need to come and see me for years, a single issue will be resolved in 1-3 sessions.

RTT is a form of hypnotherapy developed by Marisa Peer over her 30 years of working as a successful therapist in London and the United States. Through hypnotherapy, RTT is able to provide you with permanent, lasting change, whether you are wanting to break bad habits or addictions, or welcome success whether it’s in love, financial abundance, mental or physical challenges, or overall well being, confidence and motivation. RTT works with the subconscious mind, which is like a vault that stores all our experiences and the beliefs we have formed as a result of those experiences. During a session you will be able to go back to memories or scenes from your childhood that have left an imprint on you, which created a belief about how the world works (which you may or may not have been aware of) and we’re able to let that go, do some healing around it and leave you with a new set of empowering beliefs that are in alignment with your conscious mind.

Hypnotherapy allows you to effect lasting change by connecting with your subconscious mind. Hypnosis is a completely normal, relaxed state of absorption and focus, where the brain waves slow, allowing the subconscious to be accessed, old beliefs let go, and new empowering beliefs seeded.

RTT uses words personalised to spark your imagination, and I will create a recording specially for you to listen to for at least 21 days, to embed new habits of thought which will flow into new habits of action. Each issue you want to work on generally takes 1-3 sessions, depending on its complexity.
